Use Display Summary to display the Summary Results Window (or to bring it to the front if it is already displayed). The window displays each entry on a single line. The information provided about each entry is:
- Business Name
- Area Code
- Phone Number
- Locality
- State.
Display Label
Use Display Label to display a Label Results Window (or to bring it to the front if it is already displayed). The window displays each entry in address label format. The items displayed for each entry are:
- Business Name
- Street Number
- Street Name
- Locality
- State
- Postcode
- Area Code
- Phone Number.
Display Detail
Use Display Detail to display a Detail Results Window (or to bring it to the front if it is already displayed). The window displays a single entry at a time and provides the following items of information:
- Business Name
- Street Number
- Street Name
- Locality
- State
- Postcode
- Area Code
- Phone Number
- Directory Name
- Area Code
- Directory Number
- Year
- Classification Number
- Classification
- ASIC Code.
Click on the left Scroll Bar to display the next/previous entry.
Default Settings
Choose this command to:
- Specify the type of search that is displayed when you start a new search
- Specify which results format should be initially displayed when you display the results of a search
